Apple is a concept created by Sarah Appleton, who has 10 years of industry knowledge and has acted as a letting agent and property manager for owners and agents. This gives her a unique understanding of the industry and allows her to consider all aspects of letting a property.

She understands what it is like to let a property and the challenges and pitfalls that one can face. Working within the local letting market she felt that there was something missing something that they wanted or needed that wasn’t provided………

Apple will encompass the personal touch, the passion of owner employees who are dedicated to customer service and finding the right solution for each individuals exacting requirements. No two customers are the same and one size does not fit all. Apple Property Services is bringing a bespoke solution to the marketplace.

Whatever the reason, the decision to let is not something to be taken lightly. Many people have had problems with tenants as they have let independently and do not know their legal rights. Most types of property can be let, from flats to family houses, provided they have kitchen and bathroom facilities and have mains services connected.

Letting agreements are normally for a period of either six or twelve months. These will be renewed as required.
